Construction, project management and purchasing


Each of our projects is run by a project manager, who plans and oversees the whole process from start to finish. The Project manager liaises closely with the clients, the construction team (led by a site manager), but also architects, structural engineers, building control inspectors and any other professional involved.

Our projects range from exclusive new homes to sensitive renovation of older buildings as well as smaller extensions and bespoke projects. We also have extensive experience with more technical aspects of construction as well as landscaping. Additionally, we work in close partnership with several plumbers and registered electricians, who can design and install complete house-heating and water systems.

Many people do not have the time to research, buy and arrange delivery of items such as kitchen appliances, flooring, lighting and bathroom units for their project. We can provide interior decoration advice but also manage this process on behalf of clients, passing on trade discounts where available.
